This Round End Grain Cherry cutting board was a custom-order and my first-ever round butcher block. It’s a solid 3 inches thick, of solid end-grain cherry. With a diameter of 19 inches, it’s got a good cutting surface area (with a round board, it needs to be fairly large to maintain functionality– I’d suggest 18 inches minimum diameter). The time and materials that went into this board were significant, but I think the results are pretty stunning. This would definitely be a conversation piece in any home. I would not recommend getting a juice groove on this, but I definitely would recommend getting feet.
